The objective of Deal or No Deal is to win by choosing a box with a large cash prize, or by revealing boxes with low prizes, and forcing the banker into offering you a good deal.
The game rules follow a similar strategy to the popular TV show.
First, chose the stakes for which you wish to play. Deal or No Deal is available to play for stakes ranging from 50 cents to $100.
Next, chose the box you wish to keep. This box contains the prize you will win if you reveal all the other boxes and decline all the banker’s offers. There are 26 boxes in total.
You must then reveal the contents of 6 boxes. You can select the boxes individually, randomly reveal one box at a time, or randomly reveal all remaining boxes left in this turn
After revealing all the boxes, the banker will make you an offer based on a mathematical calculation of the prizes that have not yet been revealed. If you accept the offer, the game is over and you win the amount the banker offered. If you decline the offer the game continues.
If you decline the banker’s offer the process continues. You must reveal 5 boxes before the next offer which, again, you can accept or decline. If you decline, the action repeats – 5 boxes, offer, 4 boxes, offer, 4 boxes, offer.
If you have declined all offers, you will eventually be left with two boxes. At this point, you have the option to swap your box with the remaining unopened box. After this, the box in front of you will be opened, and you win the amount inside.
If you accept the banker’s offer at any point, your box will be opened to show you the value inside, so you can see if you have made a good deal or not.
Your prize is paid into your PKR account immediately on completion of the game. Based on your initial stake the prizes inside the boxes are as follows:
