Thus, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and capable Client Service Executives to be part of our rapidly expanding team based in King’s Cross, North London.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide service excellence to players
- Handling customer queries and complaints via email and live web chat according to departmental service levels
- Identify reoccurring customer service and/or process issues and provide feedback to the Supervisor/Manager for process improvement.
- Share information with Supervisors and actively contribute to the team
- Escalate any customer complaints/issues to the Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
Skills/Compentencies:
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian as well as English preferred
- Poker and casino experience preferred
- strong customer service / IT support background
- online gaming background an advantage
- ability to work on a 24/7 shift basis , including weekends and public holidays
- ability to work as part of a team
- professional manner
