(1) This offer is only open to original recipients of a Refer a Friend e-mail from an existing PKR member. Only new members joining PKR for the first time will be eligible.
(2) Residents of the following jurisdictions are excluded from participation in PKR Refer a Friend promotion. Referrals by players from these countries and players referring friends from these countries will not be processed. Excluded jurisdictions include: Bulgaria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Johnston Island, Midway Islands, Puerto Rico, Romania, Sudan, Syrian Arab Rep., United States, Virgin Islands (US), Wake Island.
(3) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any affiliate offer. Members who have received a Refer a Friend invitation but joined using an affiliate link will not be eligible.
(4) To qualify for the reward new members must make a first deposit of $50 or more and earn 1,000 PKR Points within the promotional period. Only first deposits of $50 or more count towards this promotion. Only PKR points accumulated through participation in raked hands and real money tournaments will count towards clearing the bonus. Any PKR points earned through PKR Point tournaments, ring games or grants of gifts do not qualify for this promotion.
(5) Rewards are awarded on claim basis. New members who have completed the qualifying criteria must use the link in the original Refer a Friend e-mail addressed to them to access the claim form. Partially completed forms will not be processed. It is responsibility of the member to enter correct details in the claim form. Submitted forms will be processed and qualifying bonuses granted within seven working days.
(6) A maximum of $50 will be awarded as a reward for joining PKR through a Refer a Friend programme.
(7) A maximum of $50 will be awarded per referred friend who meets the qualifying criteria and claims his / her reward.
(8) PKR may at any time suspend or void this promotion for any reason at our absolute discretion. Any liability from PKR to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action. In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR management will be final and binding.
(9) PKR reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you from the promotion and from the PKR website if it believes you have tried to benefit from this promotion by engaging in fraudulent activity that indicates referrals are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of this promotion. In such instance, you shall not be entitled to participate in the promotion and PKR shall not be obliged to prove a reason to you for such exclusion.
