Q1. Can I buy items with real money in my account?
A.Players can only buy items with PKR points. However, you can buy additional points using real money – please see our PKR Points page for more information on how these can be earned or purchased.
Q2. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
A. Once your order is placed, you are sent an order confirmation. Soon after, the order is processed for packing then shipping. Once your order is processed, it may not be possible to cancel or alter your order. If you wish you make a change or cancel, you must contact PKR Customer Service as soon as possible.
Q3. Can I return my items?
A. Yes, provided you have a valid reason, such as an incorrect shipment, or wrong size ordered.
All items except electronics can be returned to the address on the packaging.
If you have a problem with an electronic item, please contact customer services as soon as possible to arrange a pick up / exchange.
PKR.com is not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs for incorrectly sent items will be refunded upon receipt of the replacement.
Q4. I received damaged goods – what do I do?
A. Please contact PKR Customer Services as soon as possible with your order details. You will be required to return the item to the returns addresses on the packaging or listed above before a replacement can be sent to you. Shipping costs for damaged returns will be refunded upon receipt of the replacement.
Q5. Where does PKR deliver to?
A. PKR currently delivers most items to all countries that do not prohibit real money gaming.
Electronic items are currently only available for delivery to the following European countries:
Belgium, Estonia, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Czech republic, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Latvia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, UK, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Austria, Slovakia.
Some electronic items are not available in all counties.
Q6. Why are some items unavailable in my region?
A. Due to manufacturing, stock and shipping restrictions, some items can only be sourced and delivered to particular countries – please make sure you are eligible to receive an item before placing an order.
Q7. How are my items shipped?
A. UK Royal Mail and equivalent national mail services are used for small items and packages. For electronics and larger items we use the most efficient regional courier service ie: DHL, DPD etc.
Q8. How long will delivery take?
A. Most items are in stock and ship within 4-6 days. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame please contact PKR Customer Service for assistance. We currently do not offer express services.
Q9. Can I have items shipped to a different address from my registered one / an alternative delivery address?
A. Yes. Please be sure to enter a full and correct delivery address and phone number in the checkout section. PKR is not responsible for missing items sent to addresses other than the one registered to your account.
Due to security reasons, your alternative address must be in the same country as on your account. If you require sending to a different country, our security department must approve this request in advance.
Should you find an error in your address information/order details, contact PKR Customer Service immediately to rectify the problem.
Q10. Can items be shipped to a PO Box address?
A. No – certain items require a signature on delivery and real addresses are preferred in order to prevent security issues.
Q11. I ordered several items at the same time - why have some arrived but not others?
A. Items are dispatched depending on availability and the type of item. As a result some may be sent from different locations and will arrive separately.
Q12. How can I check my order history and status?
A. You can contact PKR Customer Service at any time to find out the status of your order.
Q13. Do the electronic items come with a warranty?
A. Yes, for electronic items the standard manufacturer warranty comes enclosed with each. If you experience any problems with your order or item please contact PKR Customer Service for further assistance.
