PKR point buy-ins for tournaments don't count towards bonuses. Only the rake paid in tourney fees/cash games count towards your bonus, nothing else.

In sng's the phase games are the best way to get points, because although you buy in with a ticket (when you win, that is) you get the points equivalent to when you'd buy in for cash. This way you can juggle between phase games for free and get the points.

Ring games are simply the fastest way to get points. Note that the rake at NL4 and NL10 is twice as high as at the higher levels, so if you're playing NL25 you might be raking less than you would at NL10. Multi-tabling is of course the key to quick point accumulation here.
