Hi there, so I'm trying to make the transition from 6max to HU and was wondering if you guys could tell me how you developed your game.

Was it just trial and error for you?

Should I just play a ton of hands?

Is there any reading mateial out there you would recommend?

Books or stickies anything is greatly appreciated, I have ordered Heads Up No Limit Hold'em by Collin Moshman if only Amazon would hurry up and get it sent. I have looked through 2p2 but their isnt a huge amount of info. I know I can't be spoonfed the information, just any advice would be a great help and a good kickstart.

Thanks alot.

Best way's probably just playing aload of hands till you feel comfortable.

Obviously establish new ranges, 3/4bet lighter, be prepared for worse variance (BRM).

Good luck.

I didn't find it that hard to go to HU but it obviously depends who you play. If you're worried be selective about who you play at first.

Beware tilt, it's so much easier to drop xx buy ins when you are playing every hand.
