What about a PKR world champion, I have no idea about the logisitics behind how the tech boys set up tourneys but you could have a play off for every country represented on this here site and then the winner goes into the final to decide the champion of the world.

Make it a free roll tourney for starters, country winners get a chip set, World Champion gets a PKR poker table.

Just thinking out loud like.
