Hiya Isabelle,

This section is for deeper thought play in poker..like the use of emotes to cause annoyance..or otherwise legally affecting play of the game to get a certain result from another player.

Tournament section is the best place for this post if I've read correctly. GL

First thing to try to do about tilting is to understand that you want these things to happen to you, because for every 98% you lose you win 49. Failing that, try to recognise when someone put you on tilt and take a break when you do.

When you find that you're in a rough patch and don't seem to be playing the way you used to anymore, don't immediately blame it on a downswing; try to go back to the basics and play without doing anything fancy. Then build back up from that and see where you might've gone too far earlier.

You see that's why I hate forum. You get some cynical anwsers like: " Good luck, ur gonna need it" from people who dont have any idea about you.

English is'nt my first langage maybe I make mistakes I have no problem with admit it.

Do I need to put 5 instead of s to be cool enough ?

I make a post to get in touch with people because I need to share and learn. Why do I get awnser telling me it's wrong in so many levels ?

I can understand that it might be very hard to cope with tilt especially when it's your only income.
However I don't get it: are you playing at $20NL ? As a pro?

3- I was'nt talking about spelling mistakes... I was talking about "rendering an idea" which is harder when your not talking in your own langage.

4- Maybe, I looked like I brushed away Robbie's awnser but I did'nt... I would have liked his email as I was asking, not pkr support email . (I tryed to make a joke hoping he would give me is adress but it looks like I messed. ) Nor posting in the cash game section coz as you can see... TBH Tilko, I think that post is going to get pulled either way mate Better to edit/remove it now yourself than risk getting chat-banned given how recently they've made it clear you should not be promoting affiliate sites, be it directly or indirectly, on the forums.

I feel I must clarify something some people made me realised at tables today.

Someone was pissed off after I went allin a few times in early tourny and starts laughing at me coz he had read this thread I goes like: "oh lsabelle, your so funny, so, poker is your only income"...

When I said that "poker was my only income" I realised that this may look like : "Oh yeah! I'm a big shot ! " and this is not what I wanted to say. (Althougt I really am, been running so bad lately that I had to sale my private Jet... /ul )

It's not like poker is paying for my rent and raising the six childs I have... It's just the only money I make... (but have'nt to pay a rent or raising any childs... for now)... but still need to make money.

What's happening lately is that, I used to play on other sites, and PKR MTT are confusing me...

I started playing 2$-5$ buyins and felt like it was unplayable... so I tryed 10-20$ buyins and it's still the same.

As I said at first, I dont like to criticized against donks and noobs and badbeats but it's like I dont know how to play anymore.

I see some people are doing great so I wonder how do you manage to play, or how do you adjust your game when facing with too much unpredictable players ?

I try tighten up but got plenty of horrible suck out, I try loosing but I made ennemies...
lol

See how all my life is a disaster !! llolll
I think I will soon starts to blame the donks and the software!!

But still looking for hints on how to adjust my play...

I had the misfortune of railing Isabelle the other night during a $30 tourney.

Her mouse had broken and she was freaking out since she had amassed a very healthy stack nearing the tourney bubble.

I searched google to try and find a way so she could play w/o a mouse, she was very impatient and made me feel like shit when I couldn't find the solution.

She never made any effort to find a solution by herself and refused to ask her neighbour for a mouse,apparently he hated her guts.

She somehow found a way to make her mouse work after about 20 minutes and was suddenly angry at me, she even said: " I don't know who this guy is, he just started talking to me here because we live in the same city" and started insinuating that I was trying to "pick her up" or something.

I was shocked that someone so fkn ungrateful existed, I rarelly go out of my way to help people and this reminded me of why.

She sucked out on some dude and doubled up,then proceeded to tighten up around the bubble.

I tried to help her during the break, explaining her that now was the time to accumulate chips to make a deep run. Again she mocked me and was like : " This isn't my first tournament, go away".

The blinds got her after she proceeded to fold her way to a min. cash.

Honestly, she is either the rudest person ever or bi-polar.

no offense meant here..... but all the advice i read in the forums when some one appears to be on a long term tilt roll down the lines of step down to a lvl of poker you can afford.... BR management is a huge key in poker.....
If your losing you bankroll / not enjoying higher level failure, your are not going to get your "ZEN" , you need to drop back to a level you feel comfortable on, you cant earn spending money if your not winning....... so drop back, win some cash build your bankroll and start again, where you start to feel comfortable.... BTW not the metagame section.....

Come on... now it may gives hints on why I dont really enjoy sharing in "community" !

Is that a crime not to understand why some people drop in cheering at you cause you live in the same city? I did'nt want to offend. I never said I was looking for people to come trying to tell me how to play at the table...
I was looking for hints on how to face long bad run without wanting to give it all up.

Sometimes, when it just make no sens how unlucky you get in a long run, you think this will never end. And does it end ?

Someoldpicky I think you're absolutely right. With miss luck who stopped working against me for a while, I manage to put myself back on 20-30 buyin to be the right level.

Anyway, lets just forget this post. I found some peoples to share with and I sincerely appologized to the ones that I offended was'nt my goal.

As a conclusion, patricornholius may have discover a huge truth on me : Honestly, she is either the rudest person ever or bi-polar
But if you're not to afraid, you may notice that I'm not rude all the time.
