You can spend the points you earn,so for example...
If you earn 5,000 points, but spend 3,000, you will have 2,000 left... but overall will have earned a 5,000... which gets you the members level.
it's all about how many total you have earned, not how many you have saved.

You have probably received an automatic upgrade to Member under the terms of a prmotion when you deposited. That would be the most likely cause.

If you get in touch with LiveChat, they should be able to tell you the reason.

On the 24/06/09 i was emailed from pkr saying i was a member and scince then earnt 15% towards bronze level . And on the 20/10/09 got another email saying i had reached member level with 0% towards bronze can anyone explain this

i had this mate contact support as danski has said above some get automatic upgrade to member and your bronze level will be reset to 0

live support will explain all will become clear

There's 2 Masters Stage 1 tickets up for grabs in those games (2 x $1.99) rather than the single Phase 1 ticket ($4.00).

Those satellites were never good value though. 10,000 points put in to the toruney to win tickets that only cost 5,500 from the shop.
