Having trouble with cashier page???

can anyone tell me if they are loading the cashier page I have trouble with it all the time. Been trying now for 3 days to get on but it loads halfway then stops.Of course PKR say it is my fault but some days it is ok and then a lot of time not!!!

and this can't handle the amount of information you're putting into your computer?
