HU phase games - zzzzz, Can I cash it?

I know this is going to be generally against the way they run, but....
I now have a phase 9 ticket and i'm finding it hard to find anyone even for that, nevermind if i get to the final phase!
As i probably said at some point, i'm having a nightmare connecting and have to connect via my phone as a modem now i'm at uni,.. so sitting waiting for hours is costly to me. I'm stuck with this ticket.
I go on the lobby and the last final phase game when I take off "only show registering".... isn't even on there it was that long ago!

Is there any chance I could convert the ticket to cash? I know PKR lose out on rake from it... but, if I can't actually play a game,... and because of my situation, could I change it for a ticket? That way I can get back to playing games every now and then on my phone rather than just wasting time waiting.
If the rake matters that much, I don't mind it being taken from the value of my ticket.

Oh Nut - don't give up your ticket - as Draccus says - bring your lappy to a WIFI zone or play at friend's home. The ticket is good forever, isn't it?
Maybe you can play over the Christmas Holidays when you're off school.
