I can't connect to my pkr software please help me

I can't connect to my pkr.com client, and i have tryed evrything that i can think of to try to solw this problem, i have re installed windows and so on.
But i still can't get it to work evrytime i start the pkr client i get this massage "Connection lost Reconnecting..." so i am wondering if anyone might know what this problem is cause i need help i want to play poker on pkr, not any other crappy poker room

Answer1.OK, what are u refering now to ? U say 2 Things, mypkr.com that is the website itself not the client.

The pkr Client is the program itself where u play on.

Answer 2.You re-installed windows just to play ''pkr'' ?

Wow, i wouldnt do that,. I dont know really, but this sounds just like an connection problem to.
