The longtime Community King earned his stars at the tables, at the bar and at the forum coalface. Winner of the PKR Live I Warmup event and creator of the legendary Faces Behind the Avatars thread to name but two of his achievements. Gareth continues to inspire all comers with his unique brand of eloquence, articulation and even-handedness. Whether it be discussing the greater issues of life in the Social Lounge or giving shelter to forumites who attend his fabled offline Community Meetups, the community spirit will always be strong in this one... Omnipresent in the PKR Forums since her first post back in April 2007. The first Female in The Hall of Fame and the first forumite to pass the 10,000-post mark, Renate has lightened the lives of existing members while offering a warm welcome to noobs. One of the longest serving PKR players, Alex is the consummate Moderator, coupling concise communication with an encyclopedic knowledge of PKR which often exceeds that of PKR's Cardroom Team. The first moderator of the German forum. One of the famed Social Lounge twins, LeelaToo's sister has paid her dues in the PKR Community with over 3,700 posts of pure joy and happiness! Joined PKR: November 2006
Locke has made his name at the tables, often at the expense of MTT opponents, with notable victories in the Springfest short handed event back in 2007 and the $100 Deep Stack. A runner up finish in the Sunday Open and third place in the 2009 April Masters (for $9,000) rate his highlights. BobbyConkers
Bobby joined PKR in January 2010 and fast became a firm favourite in the forums. He is a funny man, a published author and a nominee for 2010 Forumite of the Year. He is a self-confessed poker novice (though we suspect he's just meta-gaming us), but with more smarts than the average supercomputer, we expect he'll be taking over the world before too long. BenW77
Our newest moderator, Ben first dipped his Northern toes in the forum waters of August 2009. An avowed micro cash grinder, Ben's calmness, helpfulness, omnipresence and nice hat have made him one of our most beloved forumites. Despite "not playing tournaments", Ben has achieved decent results in both NLHE and PLO, and surely more will follow. We hope his niceness will not be diminished by his new hammer!

Player Mod responsibilities

Player Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to longtime PKR players who are particularly helpful, knowledgable, and have contributed significantly to the PKR Community. Staff Moderators have overall control of forum administration, and make the decisions related to forum bans and forum policy.
