6 days still no confirmation of withdrawal

Yeh i have contacted them 3 times this week alone asking can they speed this process up a bit, and they said no. They have to explain what takes so long this isnt the first time since i have started to withdraw. Its a farce, even if its authorised by tomorrow its another 3 days or so before the money shows in my bank account, so im looking at a MINIMUM 10 days before i see my own money in my account.

Any other site takes 3 days max from the day you withdraw.

No i havent, no-one has ever asked me to do that or told me what difference this would make.

I also do not see why that would make a difference, no other site needs you to prove your address in order to get your money in a reasonable timescale.

In a time when bank transfers can be done withing 2 hours, why am i having to wait 10 days? That is just a guess as well, it may well be longer.

Just keep pestering/complaining to live support. For the first couple withdrawels I always found it took quite a while

I could see why you'd be pee'd off if it was your work not paying you... but are you so skint that you REALLY REALLY NEED this Massive (sarcasm, gd win but seriously nt as if its like $100,000) $150 before 6 WHOLE DAYS? SIX DAYS is less than a week - STOP Greetin'!! Lol

Yes it matters its the principle of the matter, this stuff should be done automatically or something. If your bank said to you yeh you can have YOUR money, but we will give you it whenever we feel, probably looking at around 2 weeks though before we give you it.

The value means nothing, it could be $50 it could be $5million, i still expect my own money much sooner than I am getting it.

They are quick enough to take it out my account.

8 days and finally i get a confirmation email that my money is being withdrawn, so jus another 2-3 days before i actually see it. Pathetic.

I find it hit and miss when I cash out. I'd say it's a 3-1 ratio for me of good to bad. I just did another one a few days ago and I'll see how this one goes.

I agree with ExpensiveTASTE and the amount isn't the point.

Show me where in the terms and conditions where it states withdrawals will take a minimum of 10 days? I would be interested in reading that. I won more than $150, thats just how much i chose to withdraw so try not being so presumptious. Within that time scale i have also withdrawn more as well.

If you have nothing constructive to say do not comment.

Plus once i have deposited and withdrew a couple of times with the same card or same bank account there is no reason to think any fraud is being committed, they going to do the same checks everytime? No, so these security checks excuses are complete toss.

I only had a problem when it was a v large amount when I had to send in all sorts of extra ID information - including photos of my actual cards can you believe!! (numbers blanked out!) . It was pretty OTT in my opinion and I wasn't very happy about it. You also don't get to choose which card the money gets withdrawn to either. Nice to have a big win though so I shouldn't complain ;-)

If you had read the t&c's, especially 3.8, you wouldn't have came up with such a non constructive arguement and hence calling the kettle black....

3.8 Subject to clause 3.5 you can withdraw any amount from your Account up to the current available balance. Money withdrawn will be remitted to the account from which it was received by BACS / Telegraphic Transfer within a minimum of ten working days, or any such method as We in our absolute discretion shall decide and in any event subject to any deductions in respect of any banking charges which we will notify to you prior to transfer.

Furthermore conclusion that your a tube - you moaned about the fact that the money hadn't been transfered into your account within 6 days

As it couldn't possibly be as it takes a minimum of 10

oh dear riordhino you really are showing yourself up to be a very angry lady...........you not had any for a while?

Whether it is in any terms and conditions, it took 12 days from me requesting the money to get it in my bank which is completley unacceptable length of time to recieve me own money, again if your bank took that long to give you your money you wouldnt be happy.

IF your going to get involved in threads, keep it clean, and dont be a clown about it.
