PKRs software issues on 4/11 rendered me unable to play anymore than a few hands at 3 tournaments and cost me around $100 in buyin fees.

Now I accept that sites have technical difficulties from time to time. What I don't accept is Customer Support telling me all the connection issues on that afternoon were "at my end" when i very very rarely get disconnected under normal circumstances.....and on the couple of occasions i have been, never for longer than a few minutes Must be one hell of a coincidence that its on the same day as all your software glitches!

I must have deposited $100s if not $1000s over the time i've been here, so moaning about $75-100 might seem petty.....but its the principle of it! I would have accepted a nominal $1 refund just to keep the trust between customer and company, but PKRs unwillingness to interact on a sensible level means i have lost all faith in them.

How can i possibly trust them to keep my money safe????
