Very ul, i know how it is. I used to be like u, played over my br and went all in even tho i knew i was behind etc etc. I think the best way to avoid this is to play when u feel relaxed and good about ur game and yourself AND not play above ur bankroll. I know that it is very boring to plat micro stakes, especially when u dont respect the fishes at micro stakes and they dont respect ur raises and bla bla. However, i think you have to start there OR stick to the low stakes sit and goes and stay away from nl100 and nl200 until u have the proper roll.
