Im Currently a Silver member, working towards getting to gold member...and my question is.. if i spend the points on pkr shop stuff. will i get set back...having to aquire those points again to level up ?

no,u can spend as many points as u like and ur progress to next level wont change.Always up never down policy.

nope, once you gain a point it counts towards the rank even if you spend it. You need to earn the points, not to stack them. Good luck
