Sharkscope doesn't watch or monitor your play, it just collates the tournament results displayed in the lobby. Besides, it would take some pretty awesome (non-existent) AI to mimic someone's behaviour patterns and decision making even vaguely accurately.

They should be there, unless you have a tracker installed that's archiving them somewhere else.

Yup, same. Got plenty of pop-up ads though, which are always nice.

Obviously AAAKK beats AAATT and PKR doesn't make mistakes with hand evaluations. I can only assume you misread the hand. As Gecko says, check your hand history.

PKR don't (and won't) reveal mucked cards in the hand history. There's a previous discussion on this subject here. (I'd suggest skipping to PKR_Jabba's responses from post #26 onwards.)
