Having just read about Lotus' new suspension system being declared legal, found the odds on Raikkonen and Grosjean surprising (80-1 & 300-1). Worth a couple of quids' tickling and no mistake - they're a year ahead on this system, it could just be worth a second a lap for the first half of the season.

Anyway, probably fairly easily laid off pre season as well.

See, none of you listened did you? Quick £60 lay-off profit without a wheel being turned as soon as BBC reported it, and still a potential £830 if Raikkonen or Grosjean binks it. Always listen to your Uncle Bobby (unless he's wrong).

try a shot on kimi raikkonen @68... :-) ... testing in jerez has startet and the lotus seems good. first day, the teams are not really 'greedy' to burn records on the track. but in 2009, you had to be quick to pick the really good odds..... ;-P

grin ... yes, not really much to say, after first testing day. maybe in two or three days, its already time to realise, that this bet was a completly fail. But at this odd, I take this risk..., yay.... grin

Well, they'll be around 4th/5th (probably beating Mercedes), but will be very surprised if they do come first. It was more the long odds/obvious shortening situation.

Sadly, tweet from a McLaren employee at the session who shall remain nameless: "Webber does half a lap with his foot down in new Red Bull. Two words - oh shit."
