Sorry sir, but i think it is a terrible call... I do not like the way y ou played the flop either, donking out is fine to see how strong your opponent is, but when he raises you, i think you should be trying to get a lot more in the pot there and then, and it is very hard for the opponent to put you on a set when you lead out the flop...
150 donk bet, then he min raises to 300, i would pop it back to about 800/850 to a) gain maximum value from a top pair sort of hand b) try to induce a bluff from him with a gutshot draw etc... c) to take control of the aggression, seeing as you are out of position..
I do not mind leading out on the river for value, but with the one card to a straight out, and you facing a 3bet allin on the river, he is never bluffing there... Pretty easy fold in my opinion sir :-(
