Oui pour tes 2 questions: il y a un mode pour jouer gratuitement et il y a pas mal de français dans le jeu, hier soir nous étions 5 français sur 6 jours à une table. Il n'est pas rare qu'il y ait au moins un français à table.
Si tu joues sur PC avec Windows, tu pourras en plus télécharger une version de PKR totalement en français.

Answer to both questions is yes: There's a free play mode and yes, there are many french players in PKR. Yesterday night we were 5 french for a 6 players table. There almost always at least 1 french player at a table.
If you're using a Windows based computer, you'll be able to download a french version of PKR client.
