1)
I had QQ and shove after a raise (too few chips too play... He called with 10-10 and flopped Quads. At this time suddenly the odds where less then 1% #&$%

2)
I had KK, same story as above and got called by JJ (this happend at the same time). His Jacks turned in to a Royal Flush. Unbelievable. #$%#&

I know Poker is a game of odds, and I do believe I have a high tilt-level, but lately all the odds are turning around against me in the showdowns. While I make good desicions most of the time.
WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS???
