jajaja!! well,i ve smoke & play poker for like 2 years, then i quit smoking & i think now i´ve improve the way i manage tilt, I remember hating myself when i couldnt think clearly without a cigarrette (and if you play for hours you are going to smoke tons). Smoke tweed on the other hand makes me very patience (jajaja) but i feel it affects my aggresivness at the tables. I think the best way to get in your A-game is get used to play without any stimulants and with a clear mind. (wich i´m trying everyday). gl!
