do phase tournaments count towards ranking points ?????

Only the final Phases. The lower Phases are considered to be satellites so don't count.

That's how i cashed my bonus..
If that's correct how the ferk did i clear it?
They (Phase 1 - 4) count for PKR points but not ranking points.

Nice one foxy - that's what i went in Phases for.
Just wanted to clear my Bonus.
Edit - i played a mixture of Phases and Cash.
