We give new WSOP Main Event winner Joe Cada some ideas...
Newcastle Stadium naming rights
Cost: $6,658,099.14 (£4,000,000)
For the princely sum of just £4,000,000 Joe Cada could have the pleasure of having his name adorning St James Park for a whole year. Newcastle Chairman Mike Ashley has shamelessly been trying to find a buyer for the naming rights for the past couple of weeks, with brands like Adidas distancing themselves; however the WSOP champ could definitely afford the price with change to spare. So could we see the ground renamed to JoeCada@StJamesPark for next season?
Luxury Apartment at One Hyde Park
Cost: Around $33,290,955 (£20,000,000)
Joe could buy a flat in what is set to be London’s most exclusive development. His neighbours would of course include some of the richest people in the world, but the one stumbling block could be the mammoth price of $33,290,955. The good news is he still has a year to find the extra $24,743,913 he would need.
Private Island
Cost: $1,750,000
If cold London weather isn’t Joe’s thing, then a private Caribbean island could be more up his street. Lime Cay is mooted as the ‘best value Caribbean island for sale at the moment’ and at just $1, 750,000 for this 9.5 acre paradise, it definitely looks a lot better value for money to me than the luxury London apartment.
£1 million Safari
For £1,000,000 the good people of Steppes Africa will tailor make the world’s most expensive safari trip. Having the choice of visiting exotic locations like Botswana and the Syechelles, Joe could expect an unforgettable trip in first class luxury all the way.
Learjet 45
Cost: Between 3,500,000 - $35,000,000
Now sure to be the first name on any tournament directors lips what better way for Joe to travel from event to event than in his own private Learjet? If he isn’t fussy he could buy a used jet from $3,500,000, however if he wants something brand new he will have to start building that bankroll!
Luxuries4millionaires tell us why everyone should have their own private jet.
