I spent most of the night watching in mini mode until after about four hours of straining my eyes to see the small screen I eventually find the full screen mode!! Just goes to show how much I know about computers...
Anyway been on a bit of a down swing lately poker-wise and haven’t been able to play as much as I would like to. My girlfriend has only allowed me to go Vegas if I got the house in order first, so been up to my neck in paint, sawdust and all kinds off crap! Can’t say I blame her as I’ve been a lazy git for the past year or so.
The downswing will hopefully become an upswing soon, just got to ride it out. Playing in the GJP European short-handed tournament on Friday as part of Team PKR and have been looking forward to this one for quite awhile now. It’s a deep stack tournament and will give me an great opportunity to build a stack early on and hopefully push on from there. I’m hoping to keep ya’all updated on my progress, as I said I’m not the best with computers so bear with me, I might be slow but I will get there!
Booked flights for Vegas during the week and just can’t wait for it to come around, being a Vegas virgin I just can’t imagine what it will be like, 24-hour poker, sun and just the buzz of it all will be amazing. I’ve entered into four tourneys as a team PKR player and will be hoping to put PKR on the WSOP map. I was hoping to play a few more of the $1,500’s, but won’t be able to make it out there on time, so have gone for the $5,000 Event #56 and all I can say is hold on to yer hats Ivey and co. Callmebabes going to owe ye all!!
