View the draw
In the third of the series (read Part 1 & Part 2), poker fans from every floor of PKR Towers give their views on who has a great chance to emerge victorious at the inaugural Heads Up Grand Slam. To lift the trophy, the champion will have to win five heads up clashes against some of the best in the business. Here's who we think will do the job...

PKR_Colin, Marketing & PKR TV
Maybe it’s because I’m watching a lot of ‘Family Guy’ lately, but I’m developing a soft spot for Jennifer Tilly - I predict Beyne will steamroll through one side of the draw, Tilly the other until they meet in a final that will be a clash for the ages.
Second pick - the highly talented (and far more realistic) Tom Dwan, who may be better suited than anyone else in this field to adapt to a variety of playing styles.
Selection: Tilly / Beyne - I'm undecided!
Next best: Tom Dwan

PKR_Scott, Customer Support
Nobody aside from the PKR players has any history on Beyne. He's running good with confidence sky high! As a backup, I choose a WSOP Main Event runner up - the massively impressive Russian, Ivan Demidov. The guy just knows what it takes, and has a decent online pedigree.
Selection: Beyne
Next best: Ivan Demidov

PKR_Danski, Marketing
The group of young online superstars including durrrr, Full Flush, Ziigmund, Annette and Demidov should do really well, but I seem to have settled on some of the more established (and wise) live pros. I'll go with JC wherever and whenever he plays, especially after seeing how he navigated his way stealthily through the Premier League field last year.
As far as experience, TV poker and heads up play go, few have a better profile than Duthie. As a special 'dark horse' pick, I have to mention Tony G. Always discounted by his fellow pros, he always seems to overachieve and is often underestimated.
Selection: JC Tran
Next best: John Duthie
Dark horse: Tony G
