Frenchman Yann 'keefkeef' Pelletier became the seventh winner of a PKR Live title this evening, denying a final table which included PKR Live III winner Vince 'vd12345' Diver.
The 31-year old from Buxerolles earned $27,620 for three long days of work at Aspers Stratford, defeating a field of 291, the biggest since the PKR Live series began in 2008.
Keefkeef began the final table with a narrow chiplead over his eight opponents, and endured a wild ride to heads-up, where he quickly turned a 4m-to-1.8m chip lead into victory.
Runner-up Emmanuel 'ireoluwa' Arokodave began Day 3 with the chip lead and enjoyed a dramatic journey to the final table, but couldn't find the hands when it mattered. He collected $19,245 for his time.
Full info on all 45 players who cashed will be available on Tuesday. For now, we're signing off after a fantastic Easter weekend, with a huge thank you to the staff at Aspers - John Scanlon and his brilliant team - and to everyone who turned up to play any of the events. Great crowd, great fun, great venue - the essence of PKR Live.
