Lets get it on! The final tablists in all their glory...
The three-day festival of fun featured players from all of Europe and culminated in a £50 Main Event, completed in the early hours of Sunday morning. From start to finish, the Meetup brought together old and new friends, and provided the backdrop for an unforgettable experience in one of the liveliest poker atmospheres ever seen outside PKR Live (and even that's a close call!).
Among the headline stories, community favourite PkrxPrincess made every final table, while at the other end of the spectrum, organiser gaztheyorkie received no karmic fortune from the poker gods, busting first on Saturday. Sorry Gaz! Those who failed to run deep in the tournos were pleased to dive into a juicy cash game, rail their friends or watch England bring home the Ashes on the big screen, all accompanied by a fine buffet and endless liquid refreshment...

Both Jabba & I would like to say a massive thank you to Gary and Matty, who pulled off a real coup to provide a superb weekend. Plans are already afoot for a 2010 Leeds Meetup, another event that simply should not be missed!

Unofficial PKR Meetups are spreading like wildfire, with a second PKR Goes Dutch from 11-13 October the highlight of many upcoming Meetups. Organised by FifthSuit, the Meetup already boasts more than 50 confirmed attendees with the list growing each day. Why not get involved!
