Runner-up reevio, who lost a huge chip lead as quickly as it had arrived, took plenty of heat at the final table for some customary beats. The Londoner shouldn't be underestimated however, his three best PKR tournament results all coming in the Club PKR 'Gold+ Level' $5K Added event (one win, one 2nd, one 4th).
Another taking full advantage of ClubPKR value, Pazzzzz finished 7th, following his victory four days ago in the Club PKR "Silver Level" $2.5K Added worth $2,330.
Of the other final tablists with form, the Georgian vakhog added to a 2nd in the Sunday $30K in July, while Greece's Meles, a previous Bounty runner-up, departed in 10th place.
Bounties
After last week's unimpressive performance, the Bounty Team had reputations to repair. Improving upon PKR_Jake's best placed 147th may not have sounded too difficult, though the Team posted another dismal showing with longest-lasting PKR_Neil in 224th. His journey was brought to an end by Ceiwyn, the Italian's A-Ks holding against Neil's A-Q in a five-way pot to bag the $100 bounty.
Of the rest, only PKR_Michael placed inside the top 300, his latest choppy Bounty experience ending when rorymcgowan's T-9 outran his own A-8. Many of the Team failed to survive the onslaught of cash -greedy bounty hunters, often finding themselves all-in pre flop against five or more opponents.
PKR_Jake (399th) fell in a 4-way pot to MaxBoyd's A-9s, PKR_Paulie suffering a simialar fate, his J-T failing to spike against three others, synth67's Q-8 prevailing. If it wasn't multiway, it was coolers. PKR_Anders was dealt the death blow by ForFoxSake, who flopped quads against the Bounty, unfortunate to flop two pair himself.
All bounties picked up $100 in cash and a memorable scalp. Next week another six line up, so get out your marginal hands, take aim and fire...
