With only 1,600 MTTs of experience between them and with all but three finalists outside the top 1,000 in the MTT rankings, last night's Bounty title was no forgone conclusion. However, Perth resident Splicks, whose heads up battle began as the sun rose, claimed a well-timed maiden tournament victory and with it $2,717.

The French runner-up lefileur narrowly missed out on his first MTT win, cashing for $1,605. Maintaining  good recent form 7th placed Frenchman kaiijin, added another final table to his 2nd placed finish in a PKR Open last month.

Bounties

An average Bounty Team performance was made respectable by VIP Manager PKR_Jake, whose tenacious 17th place money finish enrichened conqueror dornybochum to the tune of $192.61. Behind him came PKR_Danski back in 126th place, his $100 bounty claimed by Sweden's Drop1976. PKR_Neil's Q-Q was no match for dremelole's J-J, while springboks1972's raggy ace proved too fortunate against PKR_Andy's own ladies.

PKR_Jabba's adventure was brought to a halt by Lubraga's pocket eights, besting Jabba's A-J in a four-way pot. Last but not least PKR_Paulie, whose A-K suited fell short facing 7-7, 8-8 and A-J suited. No paint or seven arrived and Joker1974's 8-8 held to claim the final $100 cash bounty.
