After an eight hour marathon, the final table of PKR's 18th Masters was set. Featuring three Germans, two Brits and representatives from five other European countries, the ten tournament specialists braved the early hours of the morning in search of PKR's most valuable title. Only five of the ten had previously won a PKR MTT, with 25 wins between them.

Frenchman ruffidevil came into the final table with the most tournament experience on PKR, with 11 wins from 444 MTT's. Rocken1900 offered up the highest MTT ranking (62nd) and Money List placing (17th - $72,679), with a decent PKR resume including a 7th place finish at PKR Live II.

The final table

Eschi333 held the chiplead coming into the final table with 428k, with berchem13 back in 2nd with 292k. Nursing a 78k shortstack,  ruffidevil lasted but one hand, his 7-7 falling to Rocken1900's K-K.

1 hr 55 mins later, the rail looked on as Serg7777 and Rocken1900 began heads up play, Serg7777 holding a slight lead of 1.2 million to Rocken1900's 1 million. After 26 mins of play and a flip-flopping chip lead, the inevitable all-in confrontation arose.

Final hand

At 04:12 GMT, with blinds at 25K/50K/5K and having ground a 1.5 mill - to - 708K lead, Serg77777 opened to 200K with A-T. Rocken1900 moved in with A-5, a raise which was called by the chip leader. Serg77777's A-T held up to end the epic final table and etch another name in PKR's history books.

Notable finishers

As far as previous Masters finalists go, run-hot Belgian MTT star zanzibax fell short of his Masters 2nd place with a still-impressive 14th place ($1,223), while December Masters winner Amsterdemon departed in 24th place. Team PKR Pro kingkai84 placed 21st ($778) with Community favourite and two-time Daily $17K champ TheSqueeze close behind in 22nd.
