With the England cricket team firing on all cylinders in their quest to regain the Ashes, it was no surprise to find Brits out in force in the early hours of Sunday morning, occupying six of the ten final table seats. Worse still for the Aussie contingent (none of whom represented at the final table), a pair of Kiwis found their way into the last ten, with a Dane and a Belgian filling the remaining spots. Eventual winner ThrowOnD, already an owner of two Aussie Classic titles, completed the triple, adding a 35th win to his PKR resume. Previous Aussie Classic winner teamjiyo departed in 3rd place with pilling as the defeated runner-up.

A field of 96 convened to run nuclear wraps against made flushes, top sets against flopped straights and boat against boat in the wildest poker ride of all. After almost five hours, Sofia resident FreakAss emerged with her first MTT win, having made the final table in three of her first four PKR tournos. The only player with a previous Omaha Showdown title, pelas12 managed only 7th place from his Athens home, while Roman gladiator AlexeiR, a Masters finalist in May (3rd - $10K) exited in 9th place.

It took 7 hrs 4 mins for Austrian jamal188 to navigate through the 900-man minefield to claim his first PKR MTT win and $4,400 in earnings in only his 2nd PKR tournament. He defeated keilerheadz heads up in a tense Austro-German clash. Sunday Classic finalist julien23 bagged 3rd place for $1,700 while Canadian Heebie21 claimed 4th place. Seven nations were represented at the final table, with the UK, France and Canada locked in a three-way tie with a pair apiece.
