1st - $26,313 2nd - $15,788 3rd - $9,473

The Masters final table featured five Brits, two Frenchmen and players from Greece, Poland and Brazil, all vying for the title and a whopping $26K. Poland's hazukistyle, who won the Gold Rush six days earlier, defeated Daily $17K champ Destacker heads-up to earn the coveted win and a chunk of cash. The runner-up made his 522nd final table appearance, aiming for his 82nd PKR tourno victory!

In a forum thread celebrating his finish, Destacker commented: "TBH I had quite a smooth ride to the last 100. [I] managed to get a couple of all-ins pre [flop] when I had aces (and they held), I had A-Q hold against a straight draw, and chipped up with blinds when I could. With 70-ish left, those cheeky variance monkeys decide to smack me right in the chops, then the spots dried up and I got down to just under 4BB. [But] you're never too short to bounce back, a chip and a chair or maybe 3.5BB and a chair is all you need to go deep!"

Also at the final table, Grand Prix champ 1DreamKiller and Big Shot winner Bazultra, who finished sixth to add to his excellent PKR tourno resume.

$30,000 GTD Prime Time #7

1st - $8,424 2nd - $4,992 3rd - $3,432

Winning major tournos ain't easy, so back-to-back performances (unless you're PatIvey) are nigh on impossible. Last week's Primetime #7 champion Thomasinder returned on Sunday evening to defend his title, and did so in fine fashion with victory over 155 others, to add yet another awesome result to his PKR career record. Sweden's Rocken1900, the defeated second place finisher, was himself a Masters runner-up and a Primetime champion, making his 50th final table.

Frenchman 1DreamKiller finished third after third place in the previous night's Masters, capping a superb weekend for the dual-Primetime champion. MsMilan, first and fifth in this event in October, finished fourth, while Big Shot finalist dop69 departed in sixth. Team PKR Pro Pokey85 also made the final ten but could do no better than tenth place.

Other major results
The prolific winner Dospairos took down the Friday night Primetime #5 for $6,885, while LeProf75 outlasted 897 opponents to claim the Sunday Open and a handy $4,933. The Omaha Showdown and $1,065 went to witmat, with the weekend's PKR Opens going to stupidgiraff ($2,514) and djigg ($2,412).

And rising star MrBowmore ended 7th in the Primetime #7.... even though he was chipleader when it was about 25 left.... unfortunately he played a lonely game of Texas fold'em for the rest of the evening and got forced to play KQ suited allin against Thomasinders AK in a desperate attempt to double up.

Oh well...
