Six Brits joined players from France, Norway, Italy and Canada last night to contest the $10K PKR Open Bounty final table, where $7,052 remained undivided. The Italian cobretti brought in some PKR tournament pedigree with runner up finishes in the Daily $17K and two $10,000 GTDs, but departed in ninth place. CPW11, winner of the Sunday Open and Aussie Classic already this year, bagged seventh place while Open champion oldhosk, 13th in the MTT Rankings, exited in sixth.

PKR_Anders' chips could not propel ryphs to the win with the 2007 Super Series Main Event runner up finishing fourth. Of the three remaining players, only Pontefract's Biggy333 was the only previous champion, a Daily $17K win worth $4,455 his best result. He emerged with the title, defeating Frenchman nikos1664 (playing in his first MTT on PKR) for a $2,353 score.

Bounties

PKR_Michael fell first, departing in 535th place, his KQ beaten by JJMadManc's AK once a king had flopped. PKR_Jake followed soon after in 457th, unable to dodge boneymaloney's gutshot outdraw. PKR_Jabba's own KQ failed all-in pre flop against HisDibbs's A6s, the Operations & Community Manager exiting in 327th place.

PKR_Anders lasted 1hr 15mins, eventually busting at the hands of ryphs, whose big stack allowed him to run the mighty T5o against Anders' AQ and prevail. PKR_Scott performed creditably, departing in gentlemanly manner when TheSqueeze's KQ bettered the LiveChat star's QQ, busting him in 268th place.

That left only PKR_Andy flying the flag. The Marketing Team email maestro, whose last Bounty cash came in May, fought his way through the field to finish in a respectable 49th place money finish, adding $48.11 to his $100 bounty. Kydoc took down the last remaining bounty with AT v Q9 to claim $148.11 in cash.
