I had a hard time in Vegas, where I ran really bad for the four weeks there, but it was my best trip ever...
I met a lot of nice guys and girls, and also had an amazing poker time in the WSOP events. I've also had hard time online in the weeks since Vegas, both in tournaments and at the cash game tables. The last week before I went on holiday to Marbella I was doing well in the cash games, and also doing OK in some big tournaments. I hope I can take this good luck with me to Macau, and I hope that I'll have a final table there in the Main Event!!
Learning from variance
I think you can learn a lot during a downswing. This was not first time, but one of the hardest months as a poker pro. I have now moved down and have been playing $2/4 for a time, to find the good flow again. When you have a downswing you also play more safe, because you think you'll never hit your draws. But I think my comeback will come in Macau. It'll be so nice to meet all the guys again. I'll keep you up to date with how I get on!
