Get a coach if you can afford one from tourney winnings.

Both. I think you need both of these qualities to succeed at cash games
How do you spend your winnings, or do you reinvest to continue building your roll?
Mostly in my bankroll so I can jump to higher limits, - which is what I would advise any aspiring player to do.
