A healthy field of 357 entered the first Primetime $30 Rebuy last night, providing 464 rebuys and 239 add-ons for a $17,740 prize pool, smashing the $12,500 guarantee. It was a night for impressive statistics, with the top four places filled by Brits and the top two places filled by the top two in PKR's MTT Rankings.
Midlands resident studaholic defeated his rankings rival heads up to claim the first four-figure score in PKR's new Primetime tournament series. The No.1 ranked MTT star followed up his victory in the $3K GTD on 12 August while flynndig added to a recent $4,700 GTD victory 24 hours before.
Of others with exceptional form, TheSqueeze claimed 3rd place and $1,597, another notch on his poker bedpost. Currently twelfth on the All Time Money List, his PKR resume already boasts 114 final tables and 14 wins including Sunday Classic, dual-Daily $17K and Grand Prix titles.
Big Shot and PKR Open champion GiegelGagel made his appearance at the final table, with two-time Sunday $30K winner Elz442 exiting in 9th place.
