try talking to live chat.they will watch ur account and since u didnt get the bonus the first time they will reset it.

the Strange thing is i use paysafe card to pay.
I was put the wrong amount on it so i need to do it again to put money on my acount. I want to put the code ONEWEEK again and it said's it doesnt do it 2 times but i got no bonus in my acc...:(

In the T&C it says points earned from real money tournaments count, can PKR clear this up?...So you dont have to play ring games to clear the bonus?
