What's your job title?
Technical Operations Engineer, Build Engineer (or General Geek)
OK then, but what do you really do all day?
I can usually be found building our new release candidates so our lovely Quality Assurance crew can test all of our exciting new features, games, costumes and everything else that helps make PKR the top dog in the 3D poker world.
I also have the pleasure of being oncall 24/7 with the help of the rest of the team, to make sure that PKR world runs like a well oiled machine type thing that contains lots of oil.
What do you like most about your job?
Well apart from the people, the product, and playing Call of Duty at lunch, not a lot I guess.
What keeps you up at night?
Without incriminating myself, or delving too much into the darker recesses of my psyche, I’d have to say recently it has been playing excessive amounts of the new Batman video game.
Tell us something not a lot of people know about you...
Well I have an unhealthy trainer obsession, watch far too many Adult Swim cartoons and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Simpsons. I am also trying to write some of my own comedy material, and pretend to be the best scratch DJ in the whole of West London.
If you could have one super-power that you could only use at work, what would it be?
Got to be invisibility! Have you seen some of the girls working on the second floor? [ED I'm not sure where you're going there, Janlin!]
