Big Shot champ GiegelGagel overcame a quality field of 238 runners to win the $120 buy-in main event Sunday evening. The Dutchman defeated Masters finalist XXzwiebackXX for a $7,140 payday. The runner up took home $4,284 for his part while Marshall7676 (winner of the High Stakes Championships Deep & Steep event for $8K) earned $2,856 for third place. The final table also featured three-time Big Shot runner up ShrpFeather and Open champion makemydaypunk.
$20K GTD Sunday Open
HappyApple, involved just a fortnight earlier in a $28K cash game pot, came out on top to win $4,983. The Frenchman (one of a trio who filled the top three spots) added a Sunday Open victory to wins in the Daily $17K and Sunday $30K.
Runner up borissou31, a previous Open Bounty runner up, took second place again for $2,945. Legendary (four-time) Grand Prix, (four-time) Open and Masters champion ovnis also made an appearance at the final table, but could manage only ninth.
$5 GTD Aussie Classic
Recent back-to-back Primetime champion (and two-time Daily $17K champ) TheSqueeze came within a whisker of adding the Aussie Classic to his recent trophies, finishing second to another previous Daily $17K winner, Frenchman leFKtu. The pair received $928 and $1,566 respectively.
$4K GTD Omaha Showdown
The UK's hildoitm8, the only player at the final table with significant previous form (Open and Daily $17K wins), conquered a field of 85 in the Sunday afternoon Omaha favourite. He earned $1,204 after defeating nickenyfiken heads-up.
