An new era began on Sunday with the biggest overhaul of our MTT schedule since PKR was born...

With huge increases in the number of tournaments and guaranteed cash, opportunities for MTT fans at every stake have expanded. Here are just some of those who hit the jackpot last weekend...

Saturday 24 October

MBuSH
Big Shot winner MBuSH

Saturday Big Shot (6 seater) (TV) - $500 buy-in
Germany's MBuSH took down the 44-runner weekly high roller event in the early hours of Sunday morning, winning $8,140 for his ninth cash, fourth final table and second MTT victory on PKR. He edged out Swedish runner up Kimesko, who earned a $4,840 payday for his first PKR final table. Previous Big Shot third place dop69 exited in fourth place, while cash gamer Najammq, fourth in the Big Shot back in May, finished sixth.

BOROMOSS
Oktoberfest #10 winner BOROMOSS

$15K GTD Deep Stack OKT #10 - $30 buy-in
A field of 633 convened for the final Oktoberfest event, with the UK's BOROMOSS posting his finest result on PKR, earning $4,178 for the win. Runner-up Delboy2075 added $2,468 to an impressive 2009 record which includes wins in the Daily $17K and Sunday $30K.

R3KKON
Primetime #6 winner R3KKON

$10K GTD Primetime #6 Ante Special - $50 buy-in
A field of 210 was outlasted by R3KKON who claimed $2,625 for his defeat of heads-up opponent houstonsaft. The runner-up earned $1,575 for his time at the tables while Stacked magazine man and strategy king Rick Dacey placed third for $1,050.

ELZEN
$30K Primetime #7 winner ELZEN

$30K GTD Primetime #7 - $200 buy-in
The first running of PKR's $200 buy-in Sunday evening special went to Luxembourg's ELZEN, who walked away with a monstrous $9,234 after 7h 26m of play. He defeated theHardliner heads-up, the German runner-up receiving $5,472 for his efforts. The maiden voyage of the now-beefier Primetime #7 attracted 171 runners to create a $34,200 prize pool. Elfeneko, winner of this event last week, reached the final table again, this time departing in third place for $3,762. MsMilan, winner of this event two weeks ago, finished fifth while Klissos, third six weeks ago, finished sixth.

Other events
Aussie prontoNSB prevailed in the Aussie Classic, beating 166 others to the $1,803 first prize, while Athenian takepowback won the 71-strong Omaha Showdown. Spain's jamonso was crowned Sunday Open champ, winning $4,719 for his victory over a huge 859-runner field.
