Frenchman mikecb continued his country's recent rise to PKR prominence, defeating Brit 4kingqueen heads up to claim the $2,625 first prize in the uniquely structured $50 buy-in 210-runner tournament. Third placed Choceur also made an appearance at the Big Shot final table the same evening, picking up $1,050 and $3,960 for his efforts. Rankings No.1 studaholic departed in 4th place for $788 and a 224th PKR final table.

Aussie Classic $5K GTD - $40 buy-in
With Aussie supremacy returned to the world of cricket, it was surprising that HappyBeat tasted defeat at the hands of the Norwegian andyvik85, losing a tense heads up battle early on Sunday morning. The aussie, from Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, picked up $883 for his runner-up finish. The winner, topping a 138-man field, bagged his 3rd victory on PKR for a $1,490 payday.
Omaha Showdown $4K GTD - $50 buy-in
Another win for the French, as lesgriffes67 prevailed over a field of 85 to win $1,190. Runner up AngelHearts collected $744 for his part, while the 3rd placed davybaby83, a Xmas Cracker PLO champion, narrowly missed out on a second PKR PLO title.
Primetime #7 $25K GTD - $120 buy-in
France's dominance was thwarted in the week's biggest Primetime event with Germany's Plzsaythebaby holding off the challenges of three Frenchmen when 4-handed to claim a Primetime title and $6,300. The $120 buy-in tournament attracted 210 runners, with the winner crowned after 8hrs 35mins of poker. Runner up Spad01, who finished 2nd for $2,830 in a Daily $17K earlier in the month, took home $3,780. The final table featured a host of PKR overachievers including Sunday Classic champ jogal72, Player of the Month and Masters runner up zanzibax, three-time Big Shot runner up (and three-time Open champ) ShrpFeather and prolific winner Kusken777, 6th on the All Time Money List. An impressive line up resulting from a top class PKR field.
Sunday Open $20K GTD - $25 buy-in
MarcosGarcia emerged victorious from a 817-runner field, winning $4,494 for his $25 buy-in. The result was a maiden victory for the Brazilian, who defeated France's badtour14 heads up. The runner up, at only his 4th final table, claimed $2,655, with England's RIFTY back in 3rd.
