This year PKR held a staff tournament where the top two finishers won seats to play the WSOPE London.
The Lucky winners of the £50 PKR Staff WSOPE satellite, Scott and Harry (who you have probably run into on LiveChat) headed to the Empire in Leicester Square last week to play the £1,000 buy-in World Series of Europe side event (won by JP Kelly). I caught up with both of them to find out how how they got on...

"I survived Day 1, but got knocked out approx two hours into Day 2, about 10 places from the money :( After grinding away to maintain my stack around the average throughout the whole of Day 1 (I took a little off the gas near the end to ensure my first WSOP day 2!). Overall I was very pleased with how I played, never really had a tough decision to make or missed any spots where I could of capitalized..."

To be honest I didn’t make much conversation with them, as I wanted to keep my rookie status to myself.
