Twenty-three year old French tournament ace zlatan35 completed a remarkable double yesterday evening by winning both the APT Macau qualifier and the Daily $17k guaranteed.
Zlatan35 beat 332 players to take down the Daily $17k and a first prize of over $4,500. The win saw him beat a high quality final table that included former Big Shot winner DRFrever.
But that wasn’t enough for the man from Rennes who completed a stunning double by taking down the $6,500 package to play in the APT Macau. The twenty-six strong field included some of PKR’s biggest tournament names including Team PKR Pros Andrew ‘golfpro699’ Teng, Kai ‘KingKai84’ Paulsen and Karl ‘discomonkey’ Fenton.
Zlatan35 adds the Daily $17k title to an already impressive list of wins at PKR majors, including both the Big Shot and a Sunday $30k (for a combined total of over $16,000). He was also close to adding yet another major title to his collection yesterday when he finished runner up in the $4k guaranteed Omaha Showdown.
