In regards to your message.
The RNG PKR uses is no where near as random as a live dealers shuffle, although it is considerably more random than on other sites using Civ3.
The reason the PKR cannot deal as random as a live dealer, is because it shuffles from a new deck each time.
When playing live the dealer will shuffle once for button position, then continue to shuffle for play, he will never line the cards up by rank and suit again. Even when given a new deck, the dealer will always shuffle twice.
So when shuffling from a new deck each time, there is no way it can ever be as random as a live deal.

Not sure whether its a mixture of things, with running bad in the R2V games this week the final straw, and the hand I have just mentioned on the forums last night. I am trying to open up my range a bit and also play more aggressively pre-flop but having the confidence to fire 2 or 3 barrells at a bluff or to raise with a non-premium hand is hard to find when you are losing to 1,2 and 3 outers on the river regularly! But will keep persevering, cant get on facebook at school its blocked lol but will try and catch you later on maybe, but thanks again for the reply! Cheers Phil
