I've been playing a few Low stakes PLO tourneys on PKR recently and without any real experience have made a few FT's and just won my first PLO tourney. I was lucky to get an advance copy of Scottystarburst's article for WPT magazine and using the strategy he described I seem to ahve picked up the basics quite quickly. Now my reason for this message. How much of a jump is the Showdown from the lower stakes tourney's? Would I be likely to be completely outclassed and If so is there anything advice you could suggest in terms of the best to move up stakes?

Cheers for the congrats, wishing I hadn't split now but it's one of them things. £600 each way is a lot to me even though I was joint chip leader ( 200k, 210k and 90k with bb being 10k ) and really wanted to win it. Ta very much mate - yeah ive noticed the aggro donkage even at 100 level, and am more than prepared to pay to see a flop now after hours of folding in the early days - you mentioned suckouts but to be honest thats what i love about omaha - i expect to get sucked out on and take it very well, unlike in holdem where i dont expect it and vent my fury on inanimate objects when i lose lol. Anyways nice to know u dont use one of those programs - maybe i dont need one after all.
