I wanted to thank you for those 3 years i spent on the site, i really enjoyed the people, and as a friend, i wanted to let you know personnally why i am quitting PKR.
They really don t care about the customer qnd tonight s try to get support from the helpdesk was horrible-never saw such an incompetent person (there have been 4 previous ones in the last 6 months: a simple change of email address!!)
that i receive no mail from PKR, they don t care! -(

Yes, I've gone from 50 to 0 in 4 weeks again. I start to play bankrolled (%2 buyin of whatever SNG) and somehow I get broke every 4 weeks after being succesful, going on a BIG downstring, up again, and then a lot of staying at 0-10$.. struggling. Any change you take a student that will somehow try to reward you over the future?

Congrats on your second place in the 17k....I understand ur dissapointment to lose to a crap hand at the end, but forget it ! it happens, focus on the good points of the game. Remember one of the reasons you got to second, is donks playing you with crap hands earlier in the tournie ! Overall They make you money.....
Looks like I need to up my game to catch u in the rankings....so watch out...lol
