Hi Dude, yeah I should be able to do that if that's the only option/best for most. I don't normally play mid week these days (3 month old baby = less time for PKR or angry scary Mrs Egg) but I'll make an exception for such a prestigious occasion :o) . I'll keep an eye on the forum thread for updates. Thanks for the grats amd thx again for orgainising it; it's been good fun. Hopefully PKR will sort you out something nice for your efforts; maybe a couple of sweatbands (one for each arm). Laters

Hi! Each $1 of bonus requires raking $3.50. Bonus is deducted from total rake figure before calculating cake so you still get cake on $2.50 of that = $0.75. Total of bonus + cake = $1.75 per $3.50 rake paid = 50% cake. So yes, it's still worth it. :)

hey m8 i finished about 5 buyins up on the stiff i think i ran pretty gud tho unsuprisingly. I deffo could have played better tho as most of it was at the end of a monster session of about 5k hands for me and even with all tht I still managed to finish the day down :(

cant really go into details on forum because of libel issues, but you mustn't forget that their license is dependent upon not breaking the law (whatever isle of man says now). If they were found guilty of fraud (the only way they could have processed transactions from US) then they would lose their license too (the isle of man doesnt want that because they are it's biggest employer, but it is in their license agreement) and the potential fines are also more than 10 times bigger than they were for party and bigger than the total value of the site :).
I have also heard some rumours that make me more concerned than most.

Bonuses are deducted from the total rake paid, not the rakeback itself. If you clear a $200 bonus (at the usual 250pts per $1 of bonus) you would have paid $500 in rake to clear it, so your net rake would be $300 ($500-$200) on which you'll still get rakeback. So if you get 30% rakeback, on that $500 total rake paid you'd get $200 bonus + $90 rakeback = $290. Whereas rakeback alone (without bonus) for $500 rake paid would only be $150. Hope that makes sense.

I just remembered, where I heard good advice about 2-7 triple draw. It was on cash plays on pokerroad.com.
Jeremiah Smith did 2 episodes with Greg Raymer about 2-7 triple draw.
