Didn’t want to leave without telling you how sad I feel for your sis-in law, for your brother and for you. Some times these artery enlargment happen. Normally they are not of serious consequences, but they also can be critical. I shall pray for her recovery and for you and yours fortitude to carry on. Hi all my friends,
I have not been here much. We had my sis in law to several doctors and specialists.
The severe headaches were caused from an enlarged artery in her head pressing on her brain.
I know I need to be there for my brother and between that and work,it has been complete chaos.
The artery has gone down but is a temporary fix.
So the only alternative may be brain surgery.
I had to stop and update you.
I miss you all and hope to see you soon.
The Serenity prayer has helped me a lot, Acceptance
isn't easy but it's something that is inevitable.

Hi Chum!! I got back very late last Tuesday….or very early on Wednesday morning. Just unpacked and went to sleep immediately. I had to stop home and tell you I just have not been in the right frame of mind to play poker. One of my closest friends,(35 years old), was killed 2 weeks ago today by a drunk driver who ran a red stoplight.

Mak and I usually talk about our work, our families, etc. We don’t talk about anything special or secret that can’t be interrupted. I like playing at 2 ppl table because there we can speak Spanish without being chat banned. Mak, being the wonderful friend he is, bears with me. Mak and I miss you too Dia, so hurry back. On another subject: I think your sis-in law will have to continue on therapy for quite a long time. As I told you before, the recovery process in that area takes time and demands lot of patience. But I feel she’s moving on the right direction.
Ok HoF’s chum, come back soon and let us kick some …dealers so the HoF will have to build a new wing just for the two of us and our pictures. Wow!!! hahaha xxx

Dia, by an in home nurse do you mean you have a trained nurse at your brother’s house? If that is so, I believe it’s the best treatment for her recovery. Recovery is a long process Dia. Despair is not advisable. Might take longer than you expect but all will turn out ok. She shows positive signs towards regaining a pretty good percentage of her memory. You are doing a great job with her. Hi all my good friends, OMG how I miss you!! It has been a hectic week . I have been working from 7 to 1.
My brother had to go back to work(or insurance runs out) and his wife cannot be left alone. Therefore I have been staying there,, alternating with his neighbor lady taking care of her after I get off,,,, So a lot of juggling. Also he has a very physical job and needs a good hot home cooked meal when he gets home. I will be working this entire weekend and we are trying to get an adult daycare she can go to. Then hopefully things will be back to normal,,, (I'm fogeting what that is) But I KNOW he needs me at this time,,,, I had to stop home and write this,,, now on to his house. Hi D. working on day 2 for no bad shyt happening. I meant to tell you during the summer my daughters best friend had a stroke, she was only 32. they said she would never go back to work.. let alone play and run with her kids, she has 2 girls, 7 and 3, with a lot of theraphy and stuborness on her part she is now driving again and playing soccer with the youngest,, never give up HOPE. hugs and ty for all your support,, next thing u can do is make that booking for the spa. seems like a few woman want to come with us !!!! we rock!

Anyway the jest of it was TY for being such a good friend and being here to support me even when your life is going through a much worse crisis!
